Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Client satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. The Silver Vault ZA thoroughly checks the quality of all our 925 Sterling Silver jewelry before we send it off to a client.Therefore, we do not expect any returns. It is also unhygienic to accept jewellery returns as a client may have worn the item.
Receipt of Damaged Goods
If your goods arrive to you in a damaged or with defects you have 24 Hours after receiving your goods to contact us with pictures of the damaged item. We will investigate the matter and provide feedback as soon as possible.
In the unlikely event that you wish to return an item (which is eligible for return) you have 7 DAYS to do so from the time you receive your order.
The item must be unused and unworn and be returned in its original packaging. Send an email to thesilvervaultza@gmail.com with pictures and reasoning as to why you would like to return your item. Should your return be accepted we will replace, refund or exchange your item. The Silver Vault ZA has the right to decline a request for a refund if the item is not in its original state.
All courier costs associated with returning your item would be for clients costs. The Silver Vault will not be responsible for any courier costs incurred.The Silver Vault is not responsible for any loss or damage during the return shipping process.
Items NOT eligible for refund, return or exchange.
Earrings, nose rings and belly rings are NOT eligible for return at all. This is due to hygiene reasons.
Items on sale are NOT eligible to be returned, refunded or exchanged.
Personalised or custom made jewellery are not eligible to returned, refunded or exchanged.
Sterling silver 925 chains purchased from us are very unlikely to break or snap. All items including chains are checked by the manufacturer, supplier, the paws and silver team when received and once more before dispatched to a client to ensure there are no manufacturing defects. In the unlikely event that your chain has snapped we will unfortunately NOT replace, refund or exchange the item.
In the unlikely event that your jewellery turns black. This would most likely be due to skin acidity, chlorine from swimming pools, certain soaps used whilst showering, perfume sprayed on your jewellery, a reaction to perfume in your cupboard/draw where your jewellery is stored. This falls under wear and tear and therefore we regret that we will NOT replace, refund or exchange jewellery that has turned black due to any of the above.
